Sorry to hear that you are unable to access your characters despite you not deleting them.

Can I check whether these are hardcore characters?

If these are not hardcore characters then I would advise to contact us directly where we can take a look and see if there is a way to recover those characters.

Our team are currently investigating this issue, to help would it be possible to answer the following?

  • is the issue occurring only for "Named True Sons Neutralized" requirement?
  • is the requirement not tracking at all the named enemies killed or is there a delay before the kill is added to the commendation?
