I was inputting some of the "free pack" codes yesterday and a few of them would say "Reward Successfully Claimed!" but then I'd get an error before it showed the packs. Well after a few times I realized I wasn't actually receiving those packs - and inputting the code again gave me "Reward Already Claimed."

Is there anything I can do here? They're free so I'm not going to make a fuss about it. I won't even submit a ticket because I'm not even 100% sure which ones I didn't get because I redeemed like 10 at once. Just as a new player those few extra cards would be beneficial.

Just asking and also pointing it out in case it's messing up anyone else who may have paid-for codes.

Thanks for the report; we're currently investigating that issue but don't have it nailed down yet. We would hope to be able to understand who missed what and automatically grant it to those accounts, but I can't be sure that will be possible until we better understand the issue.

If you're trying to play in Bo1, you can work around this by reducing your sideboard to 7 cards. We're working on a fix for this.

This is confusingly worded, did everyone get bronze tier rewards, or just bronze+unranked?

The bug is that bronze-tier rewards were given to unranked players. Players with ranks received the proper rewards.

Daily wins wheel didn't refresh. I just logged in and haven't played a single game today. I think it's a visual bug, but I wanted to post it here.

There's currently a bug with when the daily wins reset. It's once every 24 hours, but the reset time is now variable. We're working to get a fix for this out soon.

The spew there is a bug we'll get fixed. (but in this case it's pretty appropriate)

PSA: Second Sun doesn't currently work at all. Casting the second copy gives you life and puts it in your library, but you don't win the game.

We're aware; it's an intermittent issue (works sometimes, mostly doesn't). We're working on a fix here.

There was no intent to change this. If direct/friendly challenge isn't giving quest progress it's a bug and we'll fix it.

The issues here would be all or nothing - either you have all of your things or you have a blank account. You couldn't miss a problem.

It can take a variable amount of time for the new build to become available to everyone on iOS. It is rolling out there, but may take some time to show up for you.

Favorites were unfortunately lost in the back-end transition. There is also a bug where they don't visually update when you toggle favorite on a deck, but should update if you change to another tab and return.
