This will work the same as Fires or Agent, which were first banned in Standard, then later in Historic: People who got the wildcards before won't get them again if BTE gets fully banned in Historic, and people like yourself that didn't get wildcards in this (mistaken) case will get wildcards for any copies they've collected by that point.

Yes, we looked into that as well; it’s another “bank error in player’s favor” situation.

Basically our record of how many WCs we gave out to players for the first Nexus ban were too low (we only recorded that we gave out 1, even if it was more). So when we calculated how many players should get this time, some got to double-dip. Shouldn’t happen again (issue was specific to that old Nexus ban).

We’re aware & investigating; thanks for the report. There’s a discrepancy with the collation we received and the version on the website. We’re digging in to figure out what the right answer is here.

The wildcards here were a bug. BTE is suspended, not banned. “Bank error in your favor”; enjoy the extra Wildcards.

Speaking as said boss, I totally agree with the team here. This is a bug; I’d like it fixed; the degree of work involved means that it’s low on the priority list.

Kind of. Priority is based on the seriousness of the issue (which makes this one pretty bad), not report volume. But more reports gives us more info (other cases to check, more logs, a better/different/fuller description of the repro steps, etc), so it does end up helping us solve the bug more quickly. Please, I’m really serious, file bug reports and include logs. (On M21 launch day, support was talking back and forth with several players running into issues. One of them reported a problem, sent a log (which wasn’t that helpful for this issue because it didn’t have detailed logging on), then sent another log when they hit the same bug later and they had turned detailed logging on to capture more info! That player is a genius and a hero.)

In any case, we believe we have this issue fixed and will be releasing an update soon.

Known issue, and we apologize for the inconvenience. There's a bug preventing allowing fullscreen here that we're working to resolve.

We're working on a solution there; this definitely isn't something we'll leave as a problem. Unfortunately I don't have a target release time for that solution yet.

Rotation doesn't happen until later this year; nothing has changed about what's in Standard with M21's release. (We did rotate where ICRs are appearing, but that's something we like to do a bit early, so players aren't getting rewards of cards that are about to rotate.)
