Are you running in a non-English language? If so, could you try running in English and see if you run into the same issue? There's a fairly rare problem is this area that this might help with.

Post above you is correct; that bundle is temporarily turned off while we switch some things over for the update (including swapping it to M21 packs), but it will be back up in an hour or so.

Try relaunching the Epic Game Store; the game unlocked at 9, but the store doesn't seem to auto-refresh the offerings. Note that, because we're still in maintenance, there's some content that's still making its way to the right places, so you may encounter an error after launching (until that content gets there).

They only “show up at the end” when you already have a play set, yes. For players with less than 4 they show up normally.

Thanks for following up. We’ve been working to identify and solve an issue that causes this behavior for a couple days now. We just fixed at least a good chunk of it, but it sounds like not for your case.

It would be very helpful if you could reach out to support so they can get the information we need to dig in further here. Mention that it’s likely you friended someone that played in the PT and that should get it to the right people.

We just (like, 5 min ago) fixed a server-side issue that could cause what you report. Could you check again? Also, did you happen to friend someone that played in the PT last weekend?

We looked at trying to fix this for the last update, but it took deeper surgery than was safe on that timeline. Should be fixed in our next update (M21 release).

No, the armored pre-order doggo is not awarded on the pass (that has 5 different dogs).
