I'm all with you on the ban hammer, it's already having effect but why did you stop adding the chat logs? It creates such drama and I can imagine someone genuinely not remembering.

We recognize that the missing chat logs are causing confusion and we are working towards resolving this issue as soon as possible.
If two people report you now, you get banned. Doesnt matter what happens.
This isn't even remotely true.
We ban players based on what they say, not because they were reported for harassment a few times.
It's possible that during a game ban you may not see certain items appear because you aren't able to communicate with PsyNet. So your Credits may "disappear" however, they are not removed and will "reappear" when the ban is over.

Would you be able to run an MTR to this game server so we can see what your packet routing looks like? I'll send you the information in a DM if you're willing to do so.

It's fast and not only does our automated system rely on reports, but these reports can also help improve the system.

Just attempted the forcing of dx9, did not seem to do anything, same behavior, just launches, I see the icon in the task bar, I see the item pop up momentarily in task manager, then it just shuts down.
In this case, I recommend that you try whitelisting Rocket League in your antivirus in case it is blocking the launch.

When I try to launch the game, it hits white screen and the task manager says not responding. But I can't force close it at all unless I sign out of my user. Erm. I... have no logs... Like the file is there but it's just completely blank. There's no information written there, just a white page. There are backup logs from before the update that display information but the logs post update contain nothing.
That's odd, I would expect something to be written since you're seeing the window.
Can you check for logs in this location too:

Same thing has occurred for me. The white screen appears immediately on booting up the game and doesn't go away. Need to use Task Manager to close the game. I have tried re-installing and the issue persists.

I have this too. Was looking for this. Just never ending white screen with spinning blue circle mouse pointer. But it won't close either. Can't press X and Task manager won't close it either. The only way is to force a sign out.
Edit-fresh reinstall hasn't fixed. How do I find my logs?
