So Galaxia is set for December, that means she will never be available again(?) after December 2020?

“Crew Packs and the items they contain are only available to Fortnite Crew subscribers. Previously released items may be made available again to Crew members at a later date. They will never be sold to non-Crew members or given away to non-Crew members.”

As an active subscriber, you get access to each seasons’s Battle Pass — as well as the Monthly Crew Pack and 1,000 V-Bucks.
What if you buy the battle bundle?

“The Battle Bundle has been replaced by a bundle of 25 levels, available for 1,850 V-Bucks. The offer is available to players at level 75 or lower at any time, once per season. Wait, so can you dumb this down for me? Sorry, I’m just having trouble understanding. So if we have the battle pass, we don’t get an additional 950 Vbucks? And if we don’t have it, we get it thru the offer?
If you’re in Fortnite Crew, you never have to buy the Battle Pass separately. The 950 -V-Bucks we reference in the FAQ is how many V-Bucks we would return to you... IF you already bought the Battle Pass prior to subscribing.

It's correct. The 950 V-Bucks return is only applicable in cases where someone already purchased the Battle Pass separate from subscribing to Fortnite Crew.
I understand that BP gives the usual 1300, the 950 are returned to you if you already had the BP.

You get the 1,000 V-Bucks, the Monthly Crew Pack (December is Galaxia), and you get the Battle Pass. Since this launches on with the new season, you'll get Chapter 2, Season 5. If for any reason you purchased the Battle Pass separately, you will get a return of 950 V-Bucks.
