We're looking into this to see if we can do something on our end to help or if it's something with steam. We're aware of the issue though and trying to resolve it.

You can find them in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Prototype\Saved\Crashes where USERNAME is replaced by what you have on your pc.

For the DXDiag you can right click the windows button on your task bar and select run then type dxdiag. It will give you an option to save it. Include both and send it over and we will take a look at them to see if we can help.

If you're seeing this, can you zip up your crash logs and include your dxdiag to either [email protected] or reach out to us on our discord?

We're finishing up final QA checks before we release the update. We'll post patch notes soon.

Try this.

This probably has to do with your computer's internal clock being out of sync.

Navigate to your Date & time settings in Windows. Once there, find Set time automatically, it should be near the top. Untick this option, wait a moment, and then tick it again. This should force a clock sync and most likely solve your issue.

If you continue to get this error after syncing your clock, please ensure you have a stable connection to the internet and that there are no firewalls blocking notmycar.
