@Moah3 One of the best compromises I have had have been 4 person offices and for those teams they moved desks/formed based on tasks. So you moved every X months unless it was the same team.
Knowledge share is sweet on open landscapes tho, but earphones pumping metal is your friend

@warhammer and competitive play rules is what people use except maybe with a small group of friends (but I don't really see it there either).
@warhammer Lore in a universe that is all about honoring ancient technology people struggle to replicate and where the warp can do strange things with time is a pretty terrible argument for gutting peoples favorite models - especially after you were pushing plastic versions for 40k play
