Seems like they made it longer instead to give them more time to come up with new content.

Weeklies are a huge source of XP & we’ve made a bunch of them easier to complete, along with deleting some of the most awkward ones. I hope this hit what you’re looking for

It should be. We also lowered a bunch of the weekly mission completion requirements and deleted a few of the worst offenders completely.

Between those changes and the extra time, getting further into the pass should feel more comfortable.

I am in Bangalore and strangely, I am getting a higher ping to Mumbai (~51ms) than I am to Singapore (~43ms). I realize that it's probably the routing, but it's still a bit vexing since Singapore is three times the distance, and well, Mumbai and Bangalore are in the same country.

u/ZealousApathy is this normal? I am with the largest carrier (Airtel) btw and have 4ms ping to ISP.

It's not unusual for particular ISPs in particular regions to have sub-optimal routing. We'll compile direct user feedback like this and also look at our player telemetry to see what changes need to be made. Unfortunately it also requires the ISPs to cooperate which isn't always fast!

I'm going to add Bangalore/India/Airtel to our list.

Really hoping Riot either removes or reduces the 50 ultimates weekly challenge for this BP. It takes much longer than every other weekly challenge, and it actually changes gameplay. End up forcing ultimate whenever it's available rather than using it strategically.

We did a small overhaul on Weekly Missions - nerfing the number of actions needed to complete them or outright removing some of the more egregious offenders.

This is something that we wanted to do, but we don't quite have the tech set up and clean now. It's one of the downsides of launching the map early, some of our "map launch" tech isn't quite set up. We're trying this version of launching Icebox, but are definitely taking notes for future map releases in terms of how to make this a better experience for you all.
