Hi all i have just bought Vermintide 2 for my PS4 but when I play it the screens seems to freeze on the Winds of Magic news page the music still plays but done of the buttons do anything has this happened to anyone else???

It's ok I know why now it's because I used remote play to play my PS4 it seems Vermintide is the only game that seems to stop the controller working once you get past the start screen.
How do you remote play, with what device? We had an issue where it crashed when trying to fetch your region information before but we patched that. I've tried remote play on everything I've found (still can't find my Vita though) and it has worked for me.

I have a Huawei phone and a PS4 Controller but I use a work around and my controller is still connected to my PS4 but normally using remote play it's connected to your phone maybe that is the issue it's just strange cos I have played 30+ games in three years doing it this way and I have never had this problem before. The controller works up until you press X on the title screen then just stops the light bar still works and I can use the PS button but everything else doesn't seem to work.
We exclude all other devices except for the one who you engaged with on the start screen (it's a technical requirement) so maybe the app tries to tie the input to the controller connected to your phone (which is none) and you lose all input. I'll se if I can reproduce this and get back to you.
Hi just to let you know you are right once I get to the choose between online or offline screen the game stops the input from my controller but it works when I use the touch screen buttons on my phone. Thanks for your help least I know what the problem is now keep up the great work with your games I really enjoyed the first Vermintide looking forward to playing the second once I get my new phone.
