External link āThere is a setting in the options menu under the tab wireless controller setings where you can specify the controller dead zone for both x- and y-axis. You probabbly need to increase the x-axis dead zone a bit.
The dead zone specifies the area where the controller won't take any input. Different games use different dead zone settings. We use the ps4 standard dead zone settings as a default (I think it's about 5% input or so) where as other games may use a slightly larger dead zone. Changing this will resolve the problem

No not at all. That's a different setting. This setting basically defines the threshold of the stick from the resting position where it start taking input. Aim assist, sensitivity or acceleration is not affected by this setting at all
