Generally we do this during economical updates. Its not planned for this major at least. With the F8s also being different ranks, it also complicates things.
Indeed. These would not be added in time anyway (unless a developer already had them in the works) and generally will be treated as suggestions. We pre-planned what bombs would be added. But they will be forwarded.
