[2022] Spoiler: New Skin prevents Amps from proccing Virtous Arcanes

This was already fixed on PC in update 31.0.6. If anybody is still seeing this on PC we'll need more details about the precise circumstances.  Other platforms should keep an eye on their platform-specific update notes to know when the fix arrives.
