[2022] Email activation isn't working?

Hi guys,

I've signed up and received the email to activate my account, but the link isn't working.

I click on it, try to log in, and it says 'THE G-RECAPTCHA-RESPONSE FIELD IS REQUIRED.' But there isn't any Captcha, just a red button that says submit.

Sorry if this is against the rules, I didn't know where else to ask since the support link on their site asks me to log in as well.

Has anyone else run into this and knows the solution?
