We can tell that the component of the video driver that crashed is NV Encode...  Is Shadowplay enabled? If you turn off Shadowplay, does that resolve the crashing?

This theory is not supported by the telemetry in the 2 linked crash numbers. Only Nvidia cards are crashing (every generation from 900 to RTX 4000), but both Intel and AMD processors from every generation.
