Each slot takes the "Best Bonus" available. The Anchan camo would have a +50% because of the XP Bonus, but since +100% is better then +50% that +100% is used instead. They do not stack on top of each other.

The Free XP having its base amount adjusted is already considered a large change. The Free XP Expendable Bonuses are a lot larger than the bonuses for the other types to further increase the earning capability.

You are consistently missing the "Best Bonus will be taken". If the bonus that exists already is the highest, it will be used. If the bonus that could be spawned via XP extrapolation is the highest, it will be used.

I could have wrong concepts, because I'm not the person that actually wrote it, but I left the meeting with a firm understanding of the process. Further, I had some direct communication over specifics on the day the DevBlog dropped.

The basic Permacamo has no bonus to Commander XP in current form. You can see that denoted in the math with a 0 in the "CXPBonus" section.

The +100% Commander XP shows up post-Conversion.

It would only have 150% Commander XP, because 150% Commander XP is the best bonus for Commander XP that exists on either the Ranked/Clan Camo or the Permacamo.

Options for Commander XP Bonus:

+100% (extrapolated from +100% XP on standard Permacamo)


+150% (standard on Ranked/Clan Camo)


+150% (extrapolated from +150% XP on Ranked/Clan Camo)

The Best Option is +150%. There are no options higher than that. So, +150% is used for Conversion when making the "Permanent Economic Bonus" that will attach to the ship going forward.

If the XP on the Ranked/Clan Camo was +200%, it would overwrite the +150% Commander XP and +150% Free XP bonuses. The result would be:

"All Bonuses are Increased Accordingly" is in relation to the Expendable Economic Bonuses. They have been increased to allow for outputs similar to those found when stacking flags/camos currently.
