We have internal processes that are built to credit rewards or things when conditions are met. This is why the OP received a Coupon on the previous Anniversaries. The process saw his account reached [x] age and issued [stuff].
The process for the 7th anniversary is still being produced. It wasn't finished in time to credit [stuff] when his account reached [7] age. When the process is completed, he should be credited [stuff] at that time.

TLDR: We haven't finished coding the reward automation for a player who's 7 years into WoWs yet. We expect that it should be done soon and that the reward automation should address this situation at that time. Once the automation is set up, others reaching their 7th anniversary should receive rewards normally via the automated process.
