Having a newer-player perspective is always good for keeping us grounded. It can be easy to get whisked away in all the details and minutiae that you absorb over the years from playing World of Warships.
A Team is the sum of its parts.
Boggzy and I have a lot of Game experience, but not a lot of actual "Gaming Industry" experience. As such, bringing in someone with experience in the areas we lack means we have a more rounded capability set.
A newer player means we have a fresher perspective on how Events and Additions are viewed, and we also have access to industry-style knowledge on event planning and organization.
