Ahoy Fleet!

Has this just started happening or have you been experiencing this since 0.8.11 was released?

Go to WGC launcher


Select "Game Settings"


Select "Check and repair"

Follow these steps first to see if it helps.

If you continue to get stuck, reach out to the Support team and they will help you diagnose the issue.

Best to put in a ticket to the Support team as they can dig into what's happening a bit deeper.

To get ahead of the curve, you can provide the following to assist them:

Create a WG Check report:

Go to WGC Launcher


On the left side bar, click on "?" icon


Select "Create report"


Select a folder to save the report in. (I would recommend saving the report in a place that you can easily find, ie Desktop or Documents folder)

Shoot the report off to the Support team and they can see what's happening.

Just FYSA guys!

Our sincere apologies for all the issues. Our tech support folks are trying to work with these two ISP's to rectify the issue. HOWEVER, at this time the best way to work around the issue is using google DNS or a VPN, everyone that I have talked to IN GAME has said that using a VPN seems to be the best way! This is unfortunately looking like a Spectrum/Charter issue mostly on the west coast with sporadic issues for folks near those zones.
