The wording implies that you purchased the product that affects all WarGaming titles instead of only World of Warships. You might have purchased that from the Premium Shop instead of the Armory.

Please contact Customer Support to explain the situation. If you've only played World of Warships since purchasing it, they can likely swap it over to WoWs Premium.
