World of Warships is turning seven, reworked Operations, Warship Strike mini-game, and other new features are ready for you to try out on the Public Test server. Read it on the portal

Gifts are an event thing and exist for each ship a player owns that is Tier 5 and up.

Having 100+ ships only allows the ability to receive the gifts from multiple ships with a single battle, as opposed to playing every ship in its own battle.

There are no "additional gifts" in the sense that a player can only receive 1 gift per Tier 5+ ship they own, so that is a hard limit.
