When you experience a player breaking the EULA by intentionally AFKing, please create a Customer Support Ticket and include a Replay. We evaluate if a rule break happened and the severity of the problem, then issue a sanction accordingly. Passive Play/Unsporting Conduct can result in Game Bans of a short, medium, or long duration. If the problem continues, they can be Permanent.
