Plane attacks have two timers:

Recovery

When you click the attack button, you have to wait [Preparation Time] seconds before you can attack. After you attack, there is a small attack animation. After the animation ends, you have to wait [Recovery] seconds until you can start your next attack.

If the Weser planes are slow enough to spot you, start an attack, and then drop their ordinance before overflying you than that's something to factor into your play. It could be that your DD has more Air Detect than other DDs. It could also be worth sailing toward the planes so that the time between you being spotted and the planes overflying you is made shorter. You can force overflys in that sense.

The flags you choose don't have to have bonuses... because the Flag Bonuses will be permanently applied to your account. They will affect every ship in every game you play.

This is not correct. I posted a video where the only way I could cap was to avoid detection because the German rockets need a long distance for their wind-up.

There is an amount of time between starting an attack and being able to actually attack.

I have heard some decent things about Bismarck, but I am only at the Tier VI in the line myself. I wonder if this will be the next line I complete, or something else.

Yes, there will be two options offered where Expendable Bonuses will be available for direct purchase. They are similar to current, but there are differences as the new Tier 1 and Tier 2 Bonuses make for different returns.

You can break larger Bonuses into smaller Bonuses in the Inventory screen.

Because we are doubling the amount of Free XP that players earn.

The rate that Free XP is being accrued by players is being doubled.

Current:

1,000 XP -> 5% Free XP = 50 Free XP

New:

1,000 XP -> 10% Free XP = 100 Free XP

Since the base rate of Free XP earning is being doubled, we are counting the Free XP Signals at half value (to even them out) and then Converting them into the new system from there.

Current system uses a 5% conversion rate for Free XP. The new system doubles that to 10%.

So current 777% is 388.5% in the new system, which rounds up to 400%.

Our Conversion process will remove Camos and Signals from ships, so this is already set to be automatically done.

The Website Tool uses raw inventory data from your account, so it doesn't factor in "equipped" items. This isn't an issue for the actual Conversion, though.

As a person that is known internationally for teaching CVs, please understand that I know CV is harder than people give it credit for. There is a learning curve and the controls can certainly be overwhelming. However, in a live game, a CV is expected to do at least 1 damage with planes.

There are resources that I and others have made that can provide assistance on how to make that happen.

I don't have a super list, no. It'll all be shown in the client in a few days anyway.

In general, Special Camos are not attainable normally, so Ranked Camos (Bronze, Silver and Gold) and Collab Camos would certainly qualify under that concept.

Those 6 Bismarck Visuals will continue to be available on your Bismarck whenever you want to use them. The Bonus Package will be active on the ship so you'll get bonus rewards whether you use a Visual or not.
