The 50% Service Cost Reduction will be Converted into +25% Credits instead.
Tier 10 Permacamos will Covert to +50% Credits. +20% + +25% = 45%, but we decided to round it up to 50%.
ASW Planes are dropped extremely accurately. It does make Sub play in Co-Op hard, but a Sub can do its best to avoid detection.
AI Sumarines are quite accurate with their pings, so that and the homing feature makes them an actual damage threat in Co-Op.
This video directly shows that a Bot will attack correctly if it can "see" you to start the attack at the right time, but will not be able to hit you if your Air Detection is lower than the distance required to start and finish an attack cycle.
I capped all the caps. They were only cappable because the bot would overfly due to the DD's low detection. It could only hit me if I kited away from it (increasing the distance for the attack run) or shot my guns to give a larger detection to assist the planes.

I've input 26 Spring Sky Camos:
Note that Spring Sky's mid-point into:
+200% Ship XP
+200% Commander XP
+2400% Free XP
That shows as:
Then those mid-point values are Converted into:
Note: Remember we are giving 1 of each Bonus as a baseline
Total is:
7 x +800% Ship XP
7 x +800% Commander XP
9 x +7200% Free XP
Conversion math:
Ship XP and Commander XP
Assignable Permacamos convert into:
Assignable Tier [#] Perma-Visual
Assignable Tier [#] Bonus Package (Permanent Economic Bonus)
Do remember that Carriers receive Team Spotting. If your Marceau is spotted by any other ship, the planes don't have to be within your Aerial Detection before the Carrier will "see" you due to Team Spotting.
Marceau isn't very sneaky as DDs go.
The bot may know your location, but the code looks to prevent it from actually attacking while it doesn't have that knowledge. So yes, leaving your AA off will keep you "dark".
Using your AA after the planes miss is perfectly fine. You'll want to juggle it on and off to deal the instant damage of Priority Sector but cut it off to go dark before the planes finish turning around for the next attack run.

This has been known for quite some time
Flags that offer economic bonuses; CC, Military, KOTS, etc... will give a permanent global bonus to the account.
It will be as if you are always running the eco flags that you have, but you'll be free to run whatever flags you choose.
Please just change the date and contact Customer Support. They can unlock it so you can set it correctly.
This is part of the process that we need to happen. We need you to input a date into our Account software. Customer Support can help after you have done that.
You can set a different date, then reset it to the correct date. It just needs a manual input.
After you do that, please contact Customer Support again.
You probably disconnected from a match but reconnected before the match was over. If your internet drops or there's a game issue, restarting the game can result in notifications like that.
I've contacted Customer Support. They say that your birthday information in your account is displayed, but only because of one of the services you have linked to. You have not set your birthday in our Account Management page.
Please manually open the Account Management area and set your birthday manually, then contact Customer Support again.
@Filip_Ostrich, can you translate this for me?
Sims and Sims B use the same model and are similarly affected.
I've put in a question about this to see if it can be examined further.
