Hi All! Today is the first possible day you can claim the Sword-Singer's Redoubt House from the Daily Login Rewards. A new home means a new space for housing creations, so we’re putting the call out to Tamriel’s interior designers. In celebration of this all-new house, we want to see your housing creativity shine in the Hammerfell home. Feel free to decorate a room or the entire space. In order to participate, please follow the rules outlined below.

1. You must provide pictures of your housing creation using the Sword-Singer's Redoubt House.
2. Along with a picture of your creation, please included description. Please stick to 1 or 2 lines to keep the description brief.

Hello, All. We have received a lot of feedback regarding the changes to the Mail expiration timers on the PTS. We understand the concerns raised around shortening Mail timers, specifically in instances where a player may need to step away from the game for an extended period of time, and that with this shortened window they may miss items or gold coming from Guild Traders through the Mail. As we reviewed this feedback and investigated those concerns, our data revealed that the vast majority of items listed at Guild Traders sell within a week. If an item does not sell by then, it typically doesn't sell during that listing period. In light of this, Guild Trader listings will now be reduced from 30 to 14 days. All Mail expiration timers will remain at 14 days. To be clear, the timer for Mail expiration will be 14 days from when the item sells or is returned to the player. Just a heads up, this should be fixed in today's PTS patch.

The Elder Scrolls Online v10.0.2 contains many more fixes for Gold Road content including quests, zone content, and the new trial. We’ve also made a number of fixes for Scribing, including some skills and the questline. We've seen your feedback about script acquisition and are discussing possible adjustments for the future, and will keep you posted on how we intend to go forward. Also this week, we’ve activated the Whitestrake’s Mayhem event for testing, and have made some adjustments to Guild Trader item sale timers. Note that today, April 29, we’ll be testing a number of commands on the backend that may periodically affect some Scribing skills or functionality; this test should be complete by 6pm EDT. Will the alt account be able to continue testing Gold Road within the PTS, given that it was given the Necrom Deluxe Collection, that does not include Gold Road, this week, or is it next week when the PTS shifts to requiring the chapter to test the chapter itself?

We won't be restricting Gold Road access to actual pre-purchases until the last week of PTS testing (the week of May 13) so you'll be good to go today.

Correct, we are doing the PC EU character copy in today's patch.

Is it safe to use PTS again, or will accounts be blocked again? It's a serious question because I don't want to be banned again.

It's safe in that the issue encountered last week is resolved. We never plan on there being issues like this, but there have been lots of players on the PTS since accounts have been unblocked.

could not proceed into the door to the scholarium when I got to the point in the quest. It says you are unable to travel to this area because it is locked, you can unlock this content by purchasing Gold Road. then it brings me to Purchase Gold Road, which says "purchased" because obviously, I already purchased it. So basically locked out on my main character, I'll have to see about a template.

I tried again with another character and the same thing happened to me. When I clicked on Upgrade, it showed me the Crown store where I had already purchased the Gold Road chapter. We are stuck in a loop here.

Which edition of Gold Road do you have pre-purchased? cc: @Lags @LonePirate since you both ran into this issue too
