NEW STUFF
  • Breeding
    • Breeding will allow players to create new Temtem. You can read all about it here.
    • Each Temtem now displays its fertility in its details. All current Temtem have been updated to have their appropriate fertility.
    • Breeding has changed a bit since the Kickstarter update:
      • Maximum fertility is now 8.
      • Fertility for untamed Temtem is calculated using the number of "good stats" the Temtem has. Each SV over 45 will count as a "good stat".
      • Having one or two good stats will produce fertility of 7. Having three or four a fertility of 6. Having five or six a fertility of 5 and last, having seven will produce fertility of 4.
      • The time to create a new egg when both parents are deposited is 25 real-time minutes. This time will be reduced to 15 real-time minutes if both parents share the same evolutionary line.

  • The reset character option will now display an informative popup if used when the option is not yet ready.
  • Arrow keys should now work for player movement.
  • While using a gamepad, the start button will open the menu.

  • Sophia has been buffed in its Dojo combat.
  • Piraniant
    • DEF increased from 65 to 85.
    • SPDEF increased from 30 to 37.
    • SPD increased from 50 to 55.
    • New learnset: Noxious Bomb (TC).
FIXES
  • Fixed incorrect high memory consumption on the game. This should also solve several crashes happening on loadings.

  • Damage formula has been tweaked to reduce overall output damage. On maxed out Temtem it should reduce about 50% damage.

It only applies if your Temtem has more level than the rival's Temtem.

  • Added new technique: Dust Vortex. Learnset: Taifu (37)
IMPROVEMENTS
  • Releasing a Temtem that has equipped a gear will now unequip the gear before releasing the Temtem.
  • Running with both Temtem will now only show one message instead of two.
BALANCE
  • The experience formula has been further tweaked in order to penalize overpowered Temtem. Now it has an additional multiplier based on the difference between the knocked-out Temtem level and the level of the Temtem gaining experience. The more difference there is, the less experience will be gained. As an example, a difference of 10 levels will reduce the gained experience by 33%.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
  • Game economy has been reset, we've wiped all the pansuns and inventory for everyone with the Alpha completed and granted a few items for the journey.
  • Player positions have also been reset due to changes in the map. You've all been placed in your last visited Temporium.

  • Improved how the player interact against walls or diagonal obstacles when running.
  • Swimmer NPCs on the Aguamarina Caves will now cast reflections in the water.
