Agree on all counts, GN&S did a great job. I know A21 will have its detractors and that is fair, but from what I have seen, I am mightily impressed.
I followed the gameplay Dev Stream with Lathan (Prime) and I was impressed by the incredible performance of A21.

People were spawning dozens of zombies with the Twitch integration, while, in the meantime , a giant soil cube was collapsing without giving any lag.

I don't know what kind of optimizations they've done, but they're definitely working! :buzzed:
Actually getting better performance in 7 Days than in Conan Exiles atm. FPS compared to a20 is probably about a 15-20% improvement, and that's with the previously un-optimized features like Reflections turned on.

Not to belittle you here, but lets be honest... Conan Exiles, as a program, is a hog. Funcom definitely has problems in the optimization and quality control departments.
Yeah, but I have always had a pretty solid 120FPS in Conan. It's still in the 110-120FPS range most of the time, but my low points in 7 Days are in the 120's with similar graphic options.

Also completely different engines because Conan doesn't really care much about what your CPU is, but 7 Days is very CPU dependent.
