Nope, still need to craft/buy a mod to put into it.

IIRC, Unless it changed in A21 specifically, If you FIND a mining helmet, it should have a light mod pre-installed. Kinda hard to test and verify on the fly though, or I would.

But crafted ones for sure will not come with the light; You need to add it yourself.
