It may be possible to massage RWG to give you more instances of those POIs. But if the issue is that e.g. one Shamway factory is a copy of every other Shamway factory… that’s how it is. Tier 5 POIs are huge and take a long time to make, so there aren’t very many of them.

If you’re hungry for more content, I recommend adding in modded prefabs. Look up the compopack for a big collection.
