[2022] MOVED: Steam Fav Server adds +2 at IP, so i cant connect?

You connect to the server port. The IP + 2 is the port used to advertise the server to the server lists.

So if you set up your server on 23000, you have the following connections.
23000 TCP initial handshake
23000 UDP main connection
23001 UDP (Steam communication)
23002 UDP (Steam's master server list interface)
23003 UDP (Networking via LiteNetLib)
