I'll put it this way....
Here are my settings for a20.

With those settings, I'm averaging 100-120FPS with the exception of the skyscraper bug tanking it to the 60-90 range.
In a21 I also enabled Reflection Quality at Medium, Reflected Shadows, Shadows Distance medium, SSAO on, and SS Reflections.
With those now optimized premium features enabled, I am averaging 144-160FPS. The large city framerate dips are down to the 120 range.
And just for reference, here are my system specs.
AMD R9 3900X overclocked to 4.25GHz currently (I can run up to 4.4GHz, but some games have issues)
32B DDR4 RAM at 3200Mhz
MSI Radeon RX 6800 XT Gaming Z Trio that is OC'ed a pinch over the factory OC.
OS and Saves are on separate SSD's, Game data on ultra-fast Gen 4 NVMe's in RAID-0
Edit: Almost forgot, this is at 1440p gaming, and I have other premium features like the Distant POI at the default enabled settings.
