I can assure you that it 100% is.

They apparently made some updates to that system this week, and it's been completely rogue flagging posts that have absolutely zero questionable content. It's even multiple flagging posts it's already flagged before it releases them.
What's even worse is that we have no way to override it. If I go into the "Complain this" thread, my level of permissions may as well be the same as if I wasn't even logged in. (in fact, it even says I need to be logged in to post in the thread.)

Aside from clicking Support, this forum is all I've got.
