[2023] Need help deciding on heavy/light armor, stealth/no stealth perks.

A small matter of protocol. Questions & Answers is for knowledge base, ‘how does the game work’ type questions, while advice/opinion type questions with no objective answer should stay in General Discussions. I’ll move this thread.
