Just to make a statement on it; While I appreciate the urging to lock the thread, Unfortunately, This thread doesn't actually break any rules- at least as far as I interpret them.
The closest and most applicable rule I can think of is

Intentionally posting to disrupt, evoke negative reactions, or spread misinformation. Provoking others into arguments for the sake of starting a flame war (including as a response to someone else breaking the rules).
But, while I
could see the title and phrasing of the post to be seeking to evoke negative reactions and other things cited within the rule, I just don't think there is enough objective proof of such intentions at this time to take action regarding it.
And, Near as I can tell, the lawsuit cited is in fact in the court system, supported by another source; So it's not misinformation either.
So, I opted to leave a simple statement at the start of the thread, which, with paraphrasing, I'll repeat here:
There simply is not enough information on what is happening in that lawsuit for anyone to be making conclusions about it. It could be frivolous- It could be serious. We don't know. Only the people involved do. Which is not us.
The Plaintiff, Ryan Raner, is at the very least someone involved with TFP in a business sense; Whether he's a developer, hired help or whatever. He's been mentioned by Rick during a Q&A; So this isn't a case of "A Customer" vs "The Company"; It's something internal to the company that quite frankly none of us should be poking our noses into until the dust has settled and there has been a court decision.

RICK: Not an Easter Egg yet but it’s a great idea. Its simply an Ryan Raner’s sense of humor to be honest.
With all that said- As I mentioned before, I do not currently see a reason to act on this thread- So I won't be, for the moment. But please do keep any continuing discussion on this topic civil.
