[2022] Two Trader Joels in same trader station

People have reported traders that sink partially or mostly into the ground, badly enough to make them unusable. This could explain the lower Joel, but it doesn’t explain the higher Joel, unless somebody on your server manually added another one to replace the sunken one at some point.
