[2023] what happens if I use a poi as my base and then accept a quest that uses it?

Either an LCB or a bedroll will prevent the POI from being selected. If for some reason it does get selected when you try to activate the quest marker you'll get a message that it can't be activated because a bedroll or LCB is inside.
