The time between blood moons is determined by your save settings. You can make it every day, every 14 days, every 7 days but with 7 days of randomness so it appears anywhere from the 7th to the 14th, etc.

So, You most likely modified one of the blood moon related settings.

no now it come up bloodmoon on day 21 but it came later then it have to be

There's a 'Blood Moon Warning' setting that will warn you by making the day number red either in the Morning, which is at 8amish, or Evening, which is at 8pmish. Could be that you looked at midnight or 5am for example and didn't see the red number; Or that you changed this setting to be an Evening warning.

In any case, the blood moon actually starts at nightfall- 10pm.
