ok, lets cover these topics one at a time.

1. Removed the "looting system".
This was done to improve performance and optimize servers. Those entities were quite costly in terms of what the engine had to do with them. Especially on bloodmoon. Every zed having loot didn't have a lot of meaningful items either. A lot of it was just junk you had to sort and deal with.
So it was changed so that there isn't an entity hanging around after death, and the zeds drop lootbags with more meaningful contents. And to counter the drop in bone and nitrate from not having any entity to harvest, more gore blocks and other ways to get the items were increased.
In the end, it all balances out quite well.

2. Removed "eye" for sneaking.
It's the exact same display, but in a more meaningful design that actually gives you more accurate information. As for the sneak system as a whole, it's still a work in progress. There are a number of KI's listed regarding it.

2. Dumbed down the graphics??
I'm not even sure how you come to this conclusion. a19 and a20 both brought some major overhauls and increased resolution textures. Maybe the issue here has more to do with your settings. We're a pretty far from how things looked in a14.7/Consoles.
