[2022] Is there some kind of system that auto kills you if you noob stack yourself to the top of a skyscraper?

With a broken leg, whenever you sprint or jump you take damage... So yes, Jumping over and over and over and over again while trying to nerd pole could easily have killed you.

Edit: To answer the stated question, No, There's no system to kill you for nerdpoling. You just died to damage from your leg.. Possibly from a vulture smacking you too, as you got close enough to the top to spawn them maybe.
