Like all the major versions before it, yes, A20 will be in the beta tab after A21 releases.
You'll have plenty of warning about A21- It's not just going to drop in 30 minutes and surprise you, There's maybe one more dev stream coming, followed by the leadup to the streamer weekend, the monday after the streamer weekend will be when A21 experimental opt-in will be available, and then it'll be in experimental for awhile before moving to A21.0 Stable at which point it will become the main version of the game and your client will update.
So, You've got awhile, and plenty of warning signs that release is coming. But to repeat, A20'll be in the beta tab.
