[2023] Streamer Weekend announced for June 9-11

Just a reminder that this will not be a stable release.

Following the Streamer Weekend is an opt-in unstable experimental build.
Do not participate if you are not willing to deal with bugs and reporting them.
Do not plan to play any save for longer than about a week.

I mean, I know none of you are actually going to read and understand this, but I have to at least try.
