There’s no evidence of that. It’s only your speculation. Besides, more racial diversity is coming into the game with the HD zombie remakes.

All zombies are somewhat discolored by nature of being zombies, but note that already zombie Steve is Asian, and zombie Yo is Black. The Duke will be Native American, based on concept art. If I remember correctly, the developers have confirmed that all of this is canon.

Will it be the right amount of diversity to please everyone? I can’t say. But your claim that they’re scared to have nonwhite zombies is nonsense.

Now on child zombies, they have said explicitly they’re never going to do them. I happen to be in favor of zombies of all ages, and random individual variation among zombies every way we can get it, whether that’s height, body part swaps, clothes, or anything else. But that’s probably getting off topic, and child zombies have been debated to death so I’m not interested in having that debate again at this time.
