[2020] *ANNOUNCEMENT* Assassin's Creed Valhalla Forum Changes

Hello everyone,

The release of Assassin's Creed Valhalla approaches and we can't wait to explore, conquer, and go viking with you in England!

New lands won't be the only exciting frontier! With Valhalla's release, we will be introducing a brand new forum structure, exclusive to the Assassin's Creed Valhalla forums for now. If you'd like to discuss any other Assassin's Creed game, please use the existing AC Forums until this change is forum-wide.

This will be a fresh start for everyone, post counts included. All existing content: posts, threads, etc., will be publicly archived but will not carry over to the new Forums. This new platform is an exciting way for all of us to share in building and taking our community to new heights.

New features and improvements:

• A revamped mobile experience
• Faster performance
• A Ubisoft tracker (easier to find threads from Ubisoft staff as well as staff replies within threads)
• Questions and Answers: you can post a new thread as a question and choose the best answer to mark it as resolved to help the rest of the community.
• A "My Feed" space to access easily all content you like: follow manually or automatically on topics according to your preferences (when you post, view, like, etc…)
• Improved search capabilities
• Preview the content in a thread before clicking
• Nested replies (thread in thread view)
• Infinite scroll (this can be disabled in your preferences)
• A new flagging/reporting system for content and members
• Tagging capabilities on the content you are posting
• Embedded content (images/videos)
• Private live chat between players (one-to-one or multiple users in a chat)
• Follow the community members you like

These new forums will be going live on November 5th, 2020. We look forward to hearing your thoughts and feedback on our new platform and thank each of you for being a part of our community!
