[2022] Is there any opportunity to remove that huge and ugly scar from the female Eivor's face???

My 1st AC was the Odyssey, I loved this game 10/10 My favourite was Kassandras character. I have recently bought the Valhalla, and when I saw that giant scar on the female Eivor's face, my first impression was that I stop playing and I delete the game.... I have bought the valhalla because Kassandra's character, because I hoped that the female Evior's character will bee wonderfull as Kassandra. But with that huge and very very ugly scar on her face I really don't want to play this game anymore. 

The gameplay give any opportunity to remove that scar from her face? Is there no chance I rather delete this game....
