Hello there everyone!
I tried to preorder the game and pay with a credit card, but the Order Failed banner appeared and said it didn't work and I should try later.
I decided to give PayPal a go, on which I'm signed up with a different credit card, and It worked, I got the game!!
Bad part is, half an hour later, I also got charged on the first order, even tho it was Failed. So now I spent twice for it , for no reason. Why did it say order failed, and it still charged me. Please can I have a refund on the first order. If asked I can provide details and everything.

Most likely this is a authorisation hold and your funds will be 'returned' to you in 5-7 working days from the purchase. But if you get in touch with us on the support site we will be able to look into this on our end.
