[2022] Assassin's Creed valhalla activate problem with epic games

Hello, I had buy the Assassin's Creed Valhalla on Epic Games but I cannot connect to the my Ubisoft account with Epic Games and that's why I cannot play the game without activation code and I received nothing about the activation code from Epic Games or Ubisoft. I paid and downloaded the game but I can't play. I am getting this issue code: PI-UBI-01: 102008
Can anyone help me please?

@rocknroller0 From what I know some people have had a workaround where they have refunded the game and re-bought it. Do let me know if this solves your problem for you.
