I cant seem to be able to enter Manius's Sanctum (the tomb south of the settlement). I don't have any npc by the riverside talking and when I walk to the actual rune on the side of the hill I can not interact with the rune. I have no problems with the other tombs and this have bugged me for about a week now. Anyone having similar problem or have a solution?
