Hi there. Thanks for bringing this up. We have discussed this internally after receiving feedback from players. We haven't decided on the specifics yet but we will make adjustments and optimizations to the factionless gear issue.

This skin will still be released later on both the international and Chinese server. You can get the most up-to-date information about changes in the game on our social media accounts. If a piece of info has not been officially released, there's a pretty big likelihood that it is rumor or is subject to changes.
