[2022] Ping permanently increased with seemingly no reason

My ping jumped from ~120 to ~160 about 3 weeks ago and I don't know why. This change only happened in Albion, I didn't do anything different, it just happened out of nowhere. My friends who live close to me are still playing on 120 ping.

Does anyone know what could have happened and how I could fix it?

Normally that shouldn't happen. If you haven't done so already, would you mind filling out this form? That data ends up in the hands of the technical specialists that might be able to see if there's anything on our end that we can do.
