Faction Rank Changes

• Removed Faction Standing Upkeep for Ranks 13-16
  
• Reduced Faction Standing Upkeep for Ranks 17-21 from 10% to 5%
  
• All characters received additional Faction Standing to reverse this week's Faction Standing Upkeep. You can read more about these changes here.
  

Note: We are aware that there are issues with for Android players with this hotfix. Our devs are looking into this and we will update you as soon as we can via this thread.
Update (13:02 UTC): This issue has been resolved with our recent server restart. Android players can now update and log into the game.
